Yifei Liu studied singing and dance and piano as a child because of his natural inclination for the art world. With 10 years he deeply moved with his mother to the US where he remained four years learning the language before returning to China determined to succeed in the world of cinema. In 2002 he joined the legendary Beijing Film Academy while occasionally works as a model and takes his first professional steps as an actress on the small screen.
